There's nothin' like a traditional SUNDAY LUNCH OVER AT BITA'S!!
I still remember back in the day when we were kids.
We would enter Bita's house to the glorious scent of succulent pork chops basting on a hot grill.
Lolo Jorge Cui would be sweatin' away over at the bbq pit -- making sure that the pork chops were cooked to absolute charcoal perfection..
Fat a little burnt and Meat so soft......
YUMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Lolo is in heaven now.
But his recipe lives on with Bita and the Cui Brood.

The Sunday Lunch was extra special that day because most of the orig Cui Brothers based in Manila were able to make it.
Only Tito Ricky was not able to make it.
He was probably scuba diving over at Puerto Galera. :)

It was doubly extra special too coz' Aki (Henrick and Frankie's Daughter) and Bella (Gianco and Mia's Daughter) were present.
Add in Marco (Andre and Janlo's 3rd son).....

That meant only one thing!
