Had a chance to re-visit one of my fave eating places at Angeles City, Pampanga last Thursday night.

BONDOC'S STEAKHOUSE

Man!!

THE STEAK WAS SO MUCH BETTER THAN I REMEMBERED!!

Perfect with a cold, crispy SMB Light.

Super SARAP and HUGE with that superb ganja (toyo, vinegar, chopped sili, onions) sauce on the side.

Bondoc's Steakhouse is part of the "glorious" - hehehehe! - Marisol Subdivision in Angeles City.
There are a number of steakhouses at Marisol.
All bunched up next to each other.

Although, there seemed to be more a few years ago when I was still playing for Pampanga Dragons.

Times sure have changed a lot in Pampanga with the proliferation of all the SM and other big Malls around the area.

Back in ye olde - Pampanga Dragons days -- we would always come to this particular steakjoint at Marisol.

We would chow down the juicy steaks before a game day to load up.
Or after winning game days to celebrate.

Bondoc's Steakhouse is actually located inside a residential home.

Let me rephrase that.

It IS a residential home.

They use their front garden to pack the customers in.

In fact, the homeowners drove into the garage while Chris (me' officemate) and I were savoring the super steaks and celebrating ATENEO's 2008 UAAP Bball championship.

I've always liked this cartoon.

It's got a catchy theme song.
And interesting characters and animation.

Zachy's got like almost the complete set of Ben10 figures.

Four Arms and Wild Mutt graced da show.

They engaged some real cool bad guys who even went into the crowd and did a bunch of hyper-active fight scenes - complete with somersaults, twists and body slams. :)

ICE SKATING AT MALL OF ASIA

We finally tried out ye standard size- hockey/ice skating rink at ye olde SM Mall Of Asia a couple of weeks ago.

I thought I forgot to skate.

But it's jez like ridin a bike.

Ya never forget.

Sad to say -- this was Zachy's first time to skate.

So he was flip-floppin around and ....

Zachy made a brave attempt to go around the rink by facing the ice rink wall and hanging on to it.

Twas' a very slow process.

I took his hand around 3/4's of the way to speed it up a bit.

And my gawd -- his hands were freezin!!

This may have been the first and last time for Zachy to skate. :)

Rollerblades nalang daw! Hehehehehe!

NOT FOR ME!

Can't wait to try it again!

However - it costs like Php 300 for an unlimited skate and Php 150 for an hour.

I think I better buy me a new pair of Rollerblades too!
